FOX fork air pressure and SAG

How to set rebound on a FOX fork

Less progression may help when

  • The fork struggles to use deeper travel
  • It ramps up too aggressively late in the stroke
  • Harshness appears mainly near full compression

Use only spacers approved for the exact fork and stay within the permitted configuration for that model.

FOX fork setup is also about bike balance

A fork can be individually well tuned but still feel wrong if the rear suspension is significantly softer, firmer, faster or slower.
